Hyderabad: Hardwyn India Ltd., a leading name in architectural hardware and glass fittings, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Gyalsung Infra, a prominent infrastructure company in Bhutan. The partnership aims to deliver top-quality architectural hardware and glass fittings for ongoing and upcoming projects in Bhutan over the next two years, valued at approximately Rs5 crore.
Hardwyn India, known for its commitment to providing comprehensive solutions for both residential and commercial projects, views this collaboration as a significant step toward expanding its footprint in Bhutan—a country recognized for its rapidly evolving infrastructure and growing market potential.
Rubaljeet Singh Sayal, Managing Director of Hardwyn India Ltd., expressed enthusiasm about the new partnership, stating, “We are delighted to announce this collaboration with The Gyalsung Infra. This agreement will allow Hardwyn to supply all necessary architectural hardware and glass fittings for renovations and construction work undertaken by The Gyalsung Infra in Bhutan. In addition to the MoU, Hardwyn recently announced the approval of a bonus equity shares issue in the ratio of 2:5, subject to necessary approvals at the upcoming AGM. This move is part of the company's strategy to reward shareholders and strengthen its position in the market.
